My name is Audrey & I am a bodyworker who specializes in trauma-informed, ceremonial healing that compassionately & safely transforms you at the deepest layers of your SOMA.
My in-person sessions offer a gentle & nurturing yet deeply transformational experience inspired by an integration of the ancient healing techniques I’ve learned from Ayurvedic Medicine, Traditional Thai Medicine (Nuad Phaen Boran) Maya Abdominal Massage (Sobada Maya de Matriz) & the Song of Sophia lineage of plant-taught medicine song, as well as modern physical therapy approaches such as, Holistic Pelvic Care™, Myofascial Release & Craniosacral Therapy.
As a grounded intuitive & midwife of rebirth, I tend the liminal, in-between of life’s thresholds. My clients appreciate how I hold both the physical & the metaphysical, the mystical & the mundane to support them on a truly (w)holistic level to find their way toward liberation.

Soma speaks to the interconnection of body-mind-spirit as a singular, living, multi-dimensional ecosystem that is dynamic, fluid, adaptive & self-regulating.
Rather than something finite, soma reflects an infinite process of becoming whole unto oneself.
